Omega Mike's smoked salmon is line-caught keta salmon harvested and prepared with a slow smoke in Sitka, Alaska. It profiles a deep and rich alder-smoked flavor. A great snack for the chair lift (+ the only fish you should ever bring into work if you want to remain liked). More traditionally, you can eat out of the package with crackers or quickly whip it up into a smoked salmon dip. Portions vary between 3 and 4 ounces. Thaw before eating.
