This recipe is perfect for you to start the day with omegas. You can add your own twist to it with different types of cheese and other vegetables of your choice. Below is what we did!
Ingredients
1-2 piece of our smoked salmon
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of chopped red pepper
1/4 cup of chopped onion
4 eggs
1/4 cup of cheese of you choice (optional)
Fresh dill to taste
Fresh green onion to taste
4 eggs
Half of an avocado
Instructions
Use a pan with avocado oil or butter on medium
Place the chopped onions, red pepper and garlic in the pan and let them cook till some of the water in the vegetables have evaporated.
Dice the smoked salmon and add it to a bowl with the eggs.
place the eggs and smoked salmon in the pan to cook.
After eggs are done place in a bowl and add avocado, dill and green onions
